Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial

Every customer can evaluate MetaWiFi Aegis with a free 30-day trial before buying. We strongly recommend completing your evaluation during the trial to confirm the product fits your environment.

2. Digital delivery and right of withdrawal

License keys are digital content delivered immediately by email after payment. When you purchase, you ask us to deliver the key straight away and you acknowledge that, once the key has been delivered, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content no longer applies. Business customers acting in the course of their trade do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.

3. Refunds

We want you to be satisfied. We will provide a refund if:

• you were charged in error or charged twice for the same order;
• a technical fault on our side prevents your license key from being issued and we are unable to resolve it; or
• the law otherwise entitles you to a refund.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Mollie, normally within 5–10 business days.

4. Cancellation

Licenses are one-off purchases for the chosen term with no automatic renewal, so there is nothing to cancel — a license simply expires at the end of its term unless you buy a new one. Physical appliance orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

5. How to request a refund
