1. Who we are
This website and the MetaWiFi Aegis software and appliances are provided by MetaWiFi Aegis, trading as MetaWiFi Aegis.
2. Products and services
We sell time-limited software licenses for the MetaWiFi Aegis network-monitoring platform, and optionally physical appliances pre-installed with the software. A free 30-day trial license is available. Paid licenses are sold per monitored-device tier (PRO 50 to PRO 2000) and as one-off purchases for the selected term — there is no automatic renewal.
3. Prices and VAT
All prices are stated in euro (EUR) and exclude 21% Dutch VAT (BTW), which is added on the invoice where applicable. The price charged is the price shown at the moment of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices for future orders.
4. Ordering and payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment service provider Mollie B.V. We currently accept iDEAL. After your payment is confirmed, your license key is generated automatically and sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If you do not receive your key, contact us and we will resend it.
5. Delivery
Licenses are delivered electronically (digital delivery) by email, normally within minutes of a successful payment. Physical appliances are delivered separately according to the timeline agreed in your quote.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Your rights to cancel or obtain a refund are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. License use
A license grants the right to run MetaWiFi Aegis for the purchased monitored-device tier and term. Licenses must not be resold, shared or used beyond their tier limits. We may deactivate a license that is used in breach of these terms.
8. Warranty and liability
The software is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
